Many people do ask us, “are your Ah Balling/tangyuan hand-made?”
Some of you may already know, through our various interviews, videos or when you ask us personally at our stalls.
For those who do not know, we are here to answer your question!

Our Ah Balling, specifically yam, red bean and matcha, are no longer hand-made since 2017.

However, they are produced from our recipe and standard, from the thickness of the skin to the ingredients in the fillings.
They are thus unique, for you won’t find the same flavours on the market.

Similarly, our peanut and sesame have not been handmade for the past 28 years (circa 1993!).
Here’s a fun fact:
We are the pioneer stall to sell peanut and sesame Ah Balling made by our manufacturing partner, back when they first started out. We had the honour of contributing to the recipe and setting our standards.

So, no worries! Even though our Ah Balling are not hand-made, rest assured the flavours are under our QC, and we are still 100% dedicated to upholding our quality.

That’s not to say everything is mass produced at our stall!

No, we only sell cooked food at our stalls.

• Lantern festival (15th day of CNY)?

For these days, there will be no deliveries or pre orders available. We will solely be catering to walk-in customers at our stalls.

We recommend storing in the fridge within 5 degrees Celsius, and consumed before the next morning. Although our best recommendation is to consume our products immediately for best freshness and taste.

We deliver our products Monday – Friday.

Do place your online orders 3 days in advance.

We have 4 time slots for delivery:

  • 2PM – 3PM
  • 3PM – 4PM
  • 4PM – 5PM
  • 5PM – 6PM

Please ensure that you have someone who can receive the delivery on your behalf.

Any re-deliveries on the same day cannot be guaranteed and a re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged.

We provide free delivery with orders above $150 upon check out. Orders below $150 will have a delivery fee of $15.

We accept most major credit/debit cards as well as PayNow transfer.

1. Please click on “Start Ordering” on the top of our page.

2. Select the product you want.

3. Select the modifier for your preference. Change the quantity if you’d like to purchase more than 1 item.

4. Once you’ve decided, press ‘add to cart’.

5. Finally, when you’ve added everything you want, click on the ‘shopping cart’.

6. Press checkout and enter your shipping address.

Note: If it is your first time ordering with us, you’ll need to fill out every field, as well as create an account. If you’re a recurring customer, your details should be automatically filled, unless your browser cache have been cleared, in which case you are required to fill in your details again.

Yes, you can self-collect at Beach Road stall. Please let us know via delivery details when you place your order. There will be no delivery fee charged.

Please call us at 9687 0508 and let us know your order number, we will do a check. 

In this case, we’ll deliver the missing item(s) to you Free of Charge.

Rest assured that we keep only the information necessary for us to complete your orders, such as your username, password, any delivery address you’ve used and your billing address. We do not store any credit card information.
